KALIBO

The Ati-Atihan Town of Kalibo is the Capital of the Province of Aklan and socio-economic center of northern Panay Island. This urban center is home to about 65,000 largely self-reliant and ingenious Kalibonhons – a people proud of their rich cultural heritage foremost of which is the annual celebration of the world-famous Ati-Atihan Festival every January.
